What the site uses

The website has no visitor analytics, advertising trackers, remote checklist storage or personal-data forms. Assets and search information are served from this website. Hosting providers may process normal requests and security logs, including IP addresses and page addresses. We cannot promise anonymous browsing.

Search words stay in the open page and are not added to the URL or sent as a search request. Browser extensions, device monitoring and history can still reveal activity.

Optional saved checklists

Checkboxes work without saving. If you explicitly select Save on this device, checked item IDs are stored in this browser. These IDs can reveal your concerns. There are no names, addresses or case narratives in the saved format.

Use Clear all saved checklist progress on any checklist with saving controls to remove this website's saved items. This cannot remove browser history, downloads, print records or device monitoring. Private and urgent pathways offer no saved-progress option.

Email and external services

If you email us, the email provider and our forwarding service process the message. We use it to respond to website feedback. Avoid sending sensitive documents or unnecessary personal details.

Official links take you to external websites with their own privacy practices. Links use a no-referrer policy, but the destination still processes your visit.
