Accessibility
We aim to make guidance usable across devices and ways of reading.
Use the site your way
- Use the Skip to content link and keyboard navigation.
- Enlarge text or zoom using your browser controls.
- Read all guidance and follow links with JavaScript disabled.
- Use ordinary checklist checkboxes or print where safe.
- Browse guides and state pages if search is unavailable.
Our approach
We target applicable WCAG accessibility requirements with semantic headings, clear focus, sufficient contrast and responsive text. Testing covers keyboard use, narrow screens, enlarged text and core assistive-technology information. This is not a claim of independent certification.
If something is hard to use, tell us which page and what would help. Avoid sharing private case details. The responsible service can arrange interpreters or accessible support for its own processes.
